Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer;
answer me, for I need your help.
Protect me, for I am devoted to you.
Save me, for I serve you and trust you.
You are my God.
Be merciful to me, O Lord,
for I am calling on you constantly.
Give me happiness, O Lord,
for I give myself to you.
O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive,
so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.
Listen closely to my prayer, O Lord;
hear my urgent cry.
I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble,
and you will answer me.  - Psalm 86:1-7

4:15am...6 miles with Moxie on a warmish morning. (Mirage Red)

6 miles at lunch on a beautiful day (sunny, warmer) so I was overdressed.  Plus I was running at a faster clip (MP) than usual.  Had a couple of rabbits...two guys in the locker room were posturing a bit.  Took off before me, ran the short side of the park. Saw them first at about 1.25 miles and they were 0.5 miles ahead, caught them just past 2.5 miles in, and ended up in the locker room just after they finished a 4.3 mile run.  Felt good to get the legs pumping again. (Guide 8)

3 miles with Justin just chatting and goofing off the whole way, great time. (Ride Orange)

Went to see "The Greatest Showman" tonight, great movie, message and soundtrack.

Jeff, is there a reason for your early runs?

From jtshad on Fri, Feb 09, 2018 at 11:00:35 from

I am able to have full control of this time to keep my runs planned and uninterrupted. I start work early (usually leave home ~0630). I try to get a lunch run or after work run too but these can be overcome by events much easier. I have been doing this for so many years that my internal clock goes off early and I am awake by this time automatically. Plus, it is more quite, peaceful and a good energizing start to my day. Sorry for the long answer.

At first I read "rabbis". Rabbit makes more sense.

At first, I thought this story was going to end with some on-foot weaponless rabbit hunting.

Looks like an amazing discipline!
