Personal:

Born in 1968.  I live in Idaho Falls, ID.  I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired.

Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer;
answer me, for I need your help.
Protect me, for I am devoted to you.
Save me, for I serve you and trust you.
You are my God.
Be merciful to me, O Lord,
for I am calling on you constantly.
Give me happiness, O Lord,
for I give myself to you.
O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive,
so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.
Listen closely to my prayer, O Lord;
hear my urgent cry.
I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble,
and you will answer me.  - Psalm 86:1-7

We left Logan yesterday and it was 80 degrees and sunny to get to IF where it was 60 and rainy...what the ???  6M slow and easy early this morning in 55 degrees, calm and cloudy conditions.  The minute I walked back in the door (pit stop) it started raining again!  So I cut it short and had my coffee and breakfast and watched the highlights of the Celtics beating the Lakers...yeah! (Tornado)

6M at lunch in a light rain.  Temperature was ok and there was no wind so this was actually a good run, I finished it in 41:30 including a slow (8:00) first mile.  Good to get out at least for a while.  (Defyance)

Glad to hear Kami did so well- tell her congrats. Getting her A+ goal is fantastic.

When I left IF yesterday, it was cloudy and rainy and chilly. I was very happy that Logan was 80 and sunny!

Did you find lots of good restaurants?

Thanks, I am very proud of Kami and we had a good time in Logan.

We ate at the Beehive Grill and really liked it (along with Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesday's which were also pretty good but chains).

Too bad we missed each other!
