No run this morning, still letting my leg rest. Feeling MUCH better than yesterday (it hurt all day!). Will decide later if I want to try to run or give it some more time (don't want to be dumb and push it unnecessarily).
3 miles with the kids at XC practice. Mostly easy but I ran a few of the 200m intervals with them. Hammy better but could feel it if I pushed too hard. (Boost)
