Born in 1968. I live in Idaho Falls, ID. I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired.
Married for 25+ years with two children (19 and 16).

I remember when l used to get up at zero dark thirty to train, but since I retired I find it quite refreshing to wait a bit longer in the morning to get out of bed and get it going out on the road !!!!😎
