Short-Term Running Goals:

Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy stress.

No racing, retired.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

Support my wife's endeavor to do long distance road biking and her renewed interest in running! Keep biking more with her as cross training maybe do a Century ride.

Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer;
answer me, for I need your help.
Protect me, for I am devoted to you.
Save me, for I serve you and trust you.
You are my God.
Be merciful to me, O Lord,
for I am calling on you constantly.
Give me happiness, O Lord,
for I give myself to you.
O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive,
so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.
Listen closely to my prayer, O Lord;
hear my urgent cry.
I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble,
and you will answer me.  - Psalm 86:1-7

4:45am...5 miles solo.  Moxie is still limping, I now thinks something is up in her hip. Vet appointment asap. (Supernova)

4 miles with Justin after work. Moxie is doing much better (as soon as I took down her leash, she pepped up and acted normal...weird.)  Vet said no issues that he could she...she was tired and sore or faking it!  (Ride Orange)

Ah, I was curious about Moxie! Your dog?

From jtshad on Fri, Feb 16, 2018 at 07:30:59 from

Yes, Moxie is my morning running buddy for the past 7 years or so. Loves to run, gets mad if I go and I don't take her.

Haha. That's good to hear though! My parents' dog will sit on one end of the couch and when I mom gets up and goes in the other room she will steal her seat. Funny animals.

We have a 9 year old Labrador. When she (Paula) was young, we ran 10 miles on a rainy day. She took every puddle she found. Soon after that we came to conclusion that running isnīt the very best for her...just took her for short jogs again.
