Took the morning off from running and weights to sleep in. Feeling much better.
6.25 miles at lunch on the greenbelt. Weather was pretty nice, the surface was either dry, slushy or icy making the pace hard to keep consistent. My watch died right after mile 1 (7:10 pace) and I kept it this fast or quicker. I felt better at the end of the run than at the beginning...good sign. (Launch 2)
