Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy life...de-stress.  Stay fit as I enter retirement in < 4years.

No racing, retired.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

 I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired from competitive racing.

COLD outside this morning so I skipped the early run and stretched.  I went out after church on a nice afternoon with Katelyn and Justin.  2.25 miles with both really slow.  Dropped off Katelyn and went out solo (Justin ran by himself) and did another 4.25 miles with some MP tempo thrown in...felt pretty good.  

So much for the movie being motivation.

4:45am...5 easy miles with Moxie along Sunnyside on a warmish morning.  Feeling better than earlier in the week.  (Ride 3 2015)

6.5 easy miles on a warmish day.  Wind kicked up on way back and was a steady headwind to battle.  (Ride 3 2013)

Stretching and rehab exercises before bed.

5 miles on a nice day at lunch.  Pain is going away, speed is not coming back very fast though.  (Ride 3 2013)

5:00am...11 miles on a nice morning.  1 mile solo then met up with Curt and Alana for a run along Sunnyside (5 miles then dropped off Alana) and some more with Curt into SRL and back.  Nice to run with good friends.  (Mirage Red)

Slept in a bit and went out just before sunrise.  Still cold (17 degrees) and ran 7 miles with Moxie along Sunnyside.  Dropped off Moxie, fueled, pit stop and took Justin to track practice.  Went back out for an easy 4 miles down Boulevard and wandering through the numbered streets.  Came home and took Katelyn out for 2 more miles.  13 miles total for the day.  (Ride 3 2015)

4.5 miles walking (2 miles easy pace) with Kami around Community Park, just enjoying the weather and conversation.  (Boost)
